When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, engine serial number (ESN), vehicle identification number (VIN), the date you need the engine, your shipping location or ZIP code, your engine make and model, and any message you write. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share with us.
Calls. The phone numbers shown on our website are tracked numbers that forward to our team. We record these calls. Our call-tracking service also logs the caller’s phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and which page or ad the caller came from. We keep recordings with the call details to follow up on your request and keep accurate records.
What we collect automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website you came from, and any tracking tags in the link you used (for example, which ad you clicked).
