OUR REMAN PROCESS

Every Engine, Remanufactured in Four Steps.

Every heavy-duty powertrain block that leaves our Pierceton facility is hand-assembled under clinical tolerances.

01 COMPLETE TEARDOWN

Every engine is stripped to the bare block. Every component is hot-tanked, cleaned, measured, and evaluated. Nothing is reused without passing AERA certified standards.

02 PRECISION MACHINING

Blocks are bored, surfaced, line-bored, and counter-bored to strict OEM specifications. Crankshafts are precision ground and cylinder heads rebuilt to correct seating specs.

03 EXPERT ASSEMBLY

Assembled in clinical cleanrooms with brand new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals. Everything torqued to OEM standards by specialized master builders.

04 DYNO-TESTED & COMPLIANT

The engine runs for 2 hours under load on our in-house CAT-certified dyno. Oil pressure, water temperature, blow-by, and turbo outputs are verified before it ships.
